Design and Build New Teams

When designing an effective team, you might want to consider discovering the potential team members' motivational and attitudinal patterns, to ensure there is a right combination in the team. You can do this either by determining what would be the ideal pattern combination, or analyze the patterns of an existing successful similar team in the organization.

You can determine what would be the key attitudes you expect from all members and what would be some secondary attitudes you want to be represented to ensure heterogeneity and that no approach gets overlooked.

When building the team, individual feedbacks as well as the team report is necessary to increase self-awareness and understand the team culture. The results are preventing conflicts and increasing mutual understanding, making communication more effective and work-relationships more productive.

The iWAM focuses on the work-context hence its results are more applicable than those of other assessments!
